They were incorrectly marked as open worldwide with a note saying the winner had to pay for postage. That is incorrect. That was only for one of the 25 giveaways that has already ended.
They are only open to the US and Canada. Winners most certainly do not have to pay postage on their winning items. Sorry for any confusion.
