Giving Thanks...Again

So, yesterday we celebrated Thanksgiving again. We are one of those families with multiple branches and such. Well, this year we were corny about saying what we were thankful for and I have to admit, my list was pretty awesome. It had at least one family member crying from laughter, one glaring, and several others confused.

My list (exactly as I said it):

I'm thankful for...

my four nieces
my mom
days when i have a great hair day
my new lacoste sunglasses
days when my 17 yr old cat doesnt meow for hours on end
days when the neighborhood stray cat, who i named sinatra, shows up, cuz he rocks
the success of my two vintage businesses and new blog
and my (relatively) good health


Let's just say the glare came when afterward my Mom asked what about the rest of the family and I said,"Sorry, guys." That elicited a mixed bag of laughter and silence.
